New graduates from Master’s in Accounting programs represent approximately 90 percent of new CPA firms’ hires.

Program Format

On-Campus
You can complete the program full-time in one year either in two terms or at your own pace. Classes are held in the evenings to maximize time at work or in an internship.

Online
If you require a part-time, flexible schedule, Merrimack now offers an online MSA.

Application Information

For all programs, a bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited institution in the United States or a comparable degree from a foreign academic institution is required. Some programs may have additional required prerequisites. A complete application includes:

  • Official College Transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Resumé
  • Personal Statement
  • Recommendations
  • Essays (required by fellowships and some graduate programs)
  • Standardized test scores (optional)
  • Interviews (required by some graduate programs, including fellowships)
